Gus Leonisky's blog

Welcome president Bush

Hurray for a moronic president! What are the true American intentions in the middle east? Considering the Schizophrenic porkies which the war in Iraq was sold to us with, it is difficult to know with precision the true and complex American intentions in the entire Middle East. We had the weapons of mass destruction furphy, we had the regime change banter we were not really advocating, we had the freedom argument and the war on terrorism crusade — know as the war on terror from the start — and we had the axis of evil, in which good has to triumph over bad.... I would be inclined to believe that the American administration would prefer a stable Middle East that would be a partner in commerce and democratic intent, in which Israel would have pride of place, but other countries in the region would also be looked after and develop in harmony.

Petrol fumes and CJD?

Since 1994, Gus Leonisky has been interested by the CJD research and has followed many trails including that of a farmer who had a theory on BSE, went on to get a University degree and organised at his own expense some research programmes on the subject.

Knowing the naked truth

Knowing the naked truth

greater picture is frightfully weird indeed

As we are distracted from our daily grind by vacuous forms of entertainment, the subtext of which being manufactured for us, lurks below the surface of what passes for news and opinions, without our knowledge?

A very unfunny clown

From the BBC "Bush vows to defeat Iraqi rebels Bush said the US was laying the foundation for peace in the world US President George W Bush has insisted that the "violent and ruthless" insurgency in Iraq will be defeated. After talks in Washington with Iraqi PM Ibrahim Jaafari, Mr Bush said the political progress that was being made in the country would lead to victory. He said US troops would eventually withdraw "with honour", but declined to set a timetable for withdrawal. His comments came after six US troops were killed in a suicide car bombing in the Iraqi city of Falluja. "
