tonicchio the destroyer... tony the barbarian... still mocking people...

tonicchio the liar

99 per cent chances, he has already made a deal...

As this little mongrel escaped the first cut, one can only believe that in "his" version of free trade agreement with Japan, the offal trade from Aussieland would be balanced by destroying the car industry in this country and destroying the last bastion of shipbuilding in Adelaide... With the Aussie dollar plummeting at a rate of knots, it does not make sense to send the stuff to be made overseas. But overall it's about AUSSIE JOBS... Tony does not care — his pension is assured and you can get stuffed... By the way, the problem of his dual nationality has not been resolved. His mates should kick him in the budgies on this issue alone, but they are WHIMPS... They know Tony is an idiot and leading them into a desert from which they will NEVER COME BACK... At least some lemmings are cleverer than all the Liberals (CONservatives) who are jumping off the cliff to satisfy Tony's MASSIVE EGO... Sad days of stupid politics... It would be funny if this did not affect the future of this fair country and making it go the wrong wrong wrong way, back to 1956, via stupido lane and hypocrite boulevard...

Pissing on aussie workers and sadly mocking the process of government:

Prime Minister Tony Abbott is mocking suggestions the Government should have an open tender process for Australia's next fleet of submarines, saying that could result in "Kim Jong-il-class submarines" or "Vladimir Putin submarines".

The Government has been under pressure over how it will award the multi-billion-dollar contract since it emerged the Prime Minister had reassured a Liberal MP that Australia's shipbuilding company would be allowed to compete in the lead-up to this week's vote on his leadership.

the turd keeps his job, you loose yours...

Unemployment has surged to 6.4 per cent, its highest level since August 2002, with 12,200 jobs estimated to have been lost in January.

The Bureau of Statistics estimates that the jobless rate jumped from 6.1 per cent in December to 6.4 per cent in January.

The main culprit was a 28,100-strong decline in full-time jobs, while there were estimated to be 15,900 more part-time workers than the previous month.

One positive in the report was that the proportion of the population in work or looking for it - the so-called participation rate - remained steady at 64.8 per cent.

Another was a 0.5 per cent increase in hours worked in January, despite the rise in unemployment and part-time work.

see toon at top...

the worst "good" government EVER in this county...

Prime Minister Tony Abbott has apologised for using the term "holocaust" in response to a question in parliament about the future of Australia's multi-billion-dollar submarines contract.

The Government has been under pressure over how it will award the work, after it emerged on the weekend that Mr Abbott had reassured a Liberal MP, in the lead up to Monday's party-room vote on his leadership, that Australia's shipbuilding company would be allowed to compete.

Tony-The-Usurper should be sacked... He still holds a British Passport as far we can ascertain since he has not shown any proof he renounced his Britishness, and this is in total conflict with the law of this land which clearly states that any member of parliament shall ONLY have the Australian nationality.

Tonicchio, the long long long nosed-liar is likely to have promised this submarine projects to the Japanese when he negociated his "free trade" offal agreement, while gleefully he is going to do EXACTLY what he is accusing Labor of having done. Kill jobs... In fact despite the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) Labor managed to keep unemployment below 5.5 per cent during this turmoil which saw other countries bite the dust. Tony IS a job-KILLER and he DOES NOT CARE A HOOT about you... The unemployment figures today showed that the only sector that gained a few jobs was the building industry — an industry which is presently mostly dependant on "speculation" and investors, due to the low interest rates and the fact that the economy is tanking under the feet of Joe Hockey... Overseas investors? Goody... First home buyers?... Nada, nothing, niet... Liberal (CONservative) mongrels!...

Darwin bombing anniversary: Japanese attack remembered...

Japanese bombing of Darwin remembered by Abbott awarding the Aussie contact to build Aussie submarines to Japan... That will teach them... Mind you, the Japanese are good with submarines...

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-02-19/japanese-bombing-of-darwin-1942-remembered-73-years-on/6145200

Actually Gus has nothing against the Japanese. Gus' beef is only with Tony Abbott who, despite the fast-tanking aussie dollar, the low interest rates and the massive rise in unemployment (from 5.5 % to 6.5 % — a rise of about 8 PER CENT since Tony took over the levers of the Australian economy) is still desperate to award the Japanese the lucrative submarine contract at the expense of Aussie workers — more of them on their arse soon, due to Turdy Tony... (Gus believes that the contract has already been awarded to the Japanese — under the "free trade agreement — but the Abbottichio (lying) government is coy to mention this, due to possible electorate repercussions in New South Wales)...

aussies not allowed to tender...

Japan, France and Germany will compete to build Australia's next submarines as the Federal Government continues its search for a potential partner, the Defence Minister says.

Kevin Andrews said the Defence Department would seek proposals from potential partners looking at options to either design and build overseas, in Australia or a hybrid approach through a "competitive evaluation process".

But there were no guarantees the submarines would be built or designed in Australia.

Mr Andrews ruled out Swedish defence company Saab, which has a presence in Adelaide and had expressed an interest in building the vessels in South Australia.

But the Minister said he expected significant work would be undertaken in Australia, particularly during the build phase leading to the creation of at least 500 new, high-skilled jobs.

He said many of the 500 jobs would be in South Australia and would focus on significant works ranging from combat-system integration to land-based testing.

what?????...

The Abbott Government is set to reinstate nearly $1 billion in funding for the car industry, in its latest move to cast aside several contentious policies.

The Coalition had planned to cut the funding, following announcements from Holden, Ford and Toyota that they would wind up car manufacturing in Australia in the next few years.

It is estimated tens of thousands of people will lose their jobs as the impact of the closures also hits the component sector.

The funding cut was to have been made to the Automotive Transformation Scheme, which is slated to pump nearly $2 billion into the ailing industry.

Industry Minister Ian Macfarlane is expected to announce the policy change this morning in Adelaide.

--------------------------------

What brought this change of heart? Is it that Cadbury removed its application for a 16 million "tourist" loan in Hobart? OR IS IT A WAY to make us swallow that the new AUSSIE SUBS will NOT BE BUILT IN ADELAIDE

One can be sarcastic about these hot and cold showers from an incompetent government led by dishonest Turdy who has no idea about anything else but subsidising MINING and polluters?

One is wondering why.... Ah I see, one has also to consider that the economy has tanked so much under this Turdy government that the Aussie dollar is going south and the interest rates are the lowest since Adam and Eve landed in Orstralya... thus this could be making importation of car not the panacea the FTA with Japan would be...

Or is to make forget that the Turdy government has spend millions of dollars looking for a plane that disappeared a year ago?...

Or is it because there is an election in New South Wales and the employment figures are looking grim since Turdy took over?

Questions, questions, all life is about questions....

update on "what????"

No more than $100 million of the $900 million budget backdown in car industry support will actually flow through to the sector - and the Government is aware of the discrepancy.

Government sources have told the ABC that, based on business decisions and reduced production volumes in the car industry, the Abbott Government expects to save $800 million of the $900 million it has planned to cut from the Automotive Transformation Scheme.

Industry Minister Ian Macfarlane announced the switch in policy this morning in Adelaide, where thousands of car industry jobs are slated to disappear.

However, his own press release states that: "Most of the savings from the program will still be realised, based on production volumes as Ford, Holden and Toyota wind down production based on their independent decisions to end domestic car manufacturing.

-------------------------------

So this is another con-a-roo from this mob of incompetent infantile idiotic bullies with a Turd at the head of... This the way it works...

FIRST: Turdy cuts the subsidies to the car industry holus bolus (note: most car industry around the world IS SUBSIDISED)...

SECOND: the Aussie car manufacturer have no choice but to quit manufacturing in Australia... (Joe Hockey hates Aussie cars)

THIRD: The Turdy government promise to "subsidise" the car industry once more a year later...

FOURTH: because the car industry is winding down, the Government saves money on the subsidies since the car industry is more or less KAPUT...

FIFTH: Our Turds tells the glorious story of reinstating the car industry subsidies in the news as if they were generously reversing their original decision and talk of "independent" (as if unrelated) winding down of operations. BOLLOCKS.  The car industry decided to call it a day the day that the Turd stopped the MODEST subsidies.

SIX: The Aussie car industry is KAPUT.  the government, TOO LATE of course, claims the high moral ground that it is doing sumthin'...

They are all shits.

team-mate: an own goal from complete incompetence...

And furious Liberal economic dries in the ministry rounded on Mr Macfarlane and said most of the money in the Automotive Transformation Scheme - which is worth $900 million between now and 2020 - would not be spent.

Mr Macfarlane would say only that the government would calculate how much of the $500 million fund had been spent in 2017, by which time Ford, Holden and Toyota will have ended domestic car manufacturing and component makers will face a difficult future.

He confirmed the additional $400 million available from 2017 to 2020 in the $900 million fund would not be spent.

Two ministers, who asked not to be named, immediately criticised Mr Macfarlane, with one saying he "hadn't actually done anything".

That minister said Mr Macfarlane, who has been a minority advocate of industry assistance within the cabinet, had essentially placed a barnacle back on the ship of government - a reference to the Abbott government's recent moves to scrape off unpopular policies and reset the government's political agenda.

"This is an own goal. It is complete incompetence," that minister said.

tenders are still under water...

Prime Minister Tony Abbott took less than 24 hours to agree to re-examine the Government's policy on the $20 billion future submarine project, in an effort to shore up votes against a leadership spill last month.

The ABC's Four Corners program can reveal that Cabinet's top secret National Security Committee (NSC) met in October last year and supported a move that would allow the bulk of Australia's submarine fleet to be built offshore.

The sensitive decision was not announced at the time, although a press release had been drawn up for then defence minister David Johnston.

In February, the weekend before the spill motion, South Australian senator Sean Edwards told Mr Abbott his vote would depend on whether local shipbuilders, including the Australian Submarine Corporation, would be given the opportunity to participate in a tender for the contract.

But this gyrationic gymnastic by all these pollies is only this: flip flop gymnastics to appear to be doing something for the workers of Australia, but only doing an illusionary trick to protect their ischial bursitis...
