Five women who accuse Jeffrey Epstein of abusing them say Prince Andrew witnessed how people were given massages at the sex offender's homes.

The lawyer for the women has told BBC Panorama he plans to serve subpoenas to force the Duke of York to testify as a witness in all five cases.

He says the prince could have important information about sex trafficking.

The prince says he did not witness or suspect any suspicious behaviour during visits to Mr Epstein's homes.

The lawyer for victims of Epstein, David Boies said: "One of the things that we have tried is to interview Prince Andrew and to try to get what his explanation is. He was a frequent visitor. They ought to submit to an interview. They ought to talk about it."

The subpoenas - court summonses to give testimony - have been prepared for all five cases and would have to be signed off by a judge once the prince was on US soil. 

He would then be able to challenge the subpoena in court if he did not want to give evidence.

Panorama also uncovered new information about the infamous photo of Prince Andrew with his arm around 17-year-old Virginia Giuffre - then called Virginia Roberts.

She said that she, the prince, Epstein and his then girlfriend, the socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, went to Tramp night club in London.

Ms Giuffre said that in the car on the way back "Ghislaine tells me that I have to do for Andrew what I do for Jeffrey and that just made me sick".

When they got back to the house, she said she asked Epstein to take a picture of her to show her family. She then carried out the instructions to entertain the prince. 

"Well there was a bath and it started there and then it led into the bedroom and it didn't last very long, the whole entire procedure. 

"It was disgusting. He wasn't mean or anything, but he got up and he said thanks and walked out."

'It's a real photo'

Prince Andrew emphatically denies any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Giuffre and says any claim to the contrary is false and without foundation.

He said he has no recollection of ever meeting her.

Donald Trump has claimed he doesn't know Prince Andrew, despite meeting the embattled Royal as recently as June this year.

A British woman claiming she witnessed Prince Andrew together with alleged Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre on the night they reportedly had sex is ready to speak to the FBI, US lawyer Lisa Bloom has said, according to The Sun.

Bloom, who is acting on behalf of a number of convicted pedophile Epstein’s victims, is quoted as saying:

“I’m representing a witness who says she was there.”Set to dispute Prince’s claim

The US lawyer revealed that following Prince Andrew’s BBC Newsnight interview during which he denied the validity of a photo showing him with Virginia Giuffre, a woman from London approached her “in the last few days”.

The witness, who does not want to be named, alleges she saw the duo "feet away" from her on the dancefloor.

The woman is planning to dispute Prince Andrew’s claim he was at home with his daughters following dinner at Pizza Express in Woking on the night that Virginia Roberts Giuffre, then 17, says she was forced to have sex with him by his paedophile friend Jeffrey Epstein.

“She says that in 2001 she was at the Tramp nightclub and recalls seeing Prince Andrew. It was pointed out to her by a member of her group,” Bloom was quoted by the publication as saying.

The lawyer added:

“The woman remembers it vividly. She had never seen a royal before or since... She says he was with Virginia — who looked very young and not happy — but Andrew was smiling and seemed to be very much enjoying himself on the dancefloor.”“She remembered it all these years and when she saw Prince Andrew on television a few weeks ago denying he knew Virginia, she was very displeased about that."

The lawyer went on to tell the publication that they decided the best thing would be for the woman to go to the FBI and Scotland Yard.

“I believe her to be credible,” said Bloom, adding:

“She is not asking for any money or making a legal claim — she just wants to tell her story."

The lawyer added that although the woman is very afraid, she believes that speaking out is very important.

Buckingham Palace has not yet offered an official comment on the report.

Virginia Giuffre, a 36-year old woman formerly known as Virginia Roberts and alleged former “sex slave” of Jeffrey Epstein who she said pressured her into having sex with Britain's Prince Andrew, has addressed speculation about her possible fate, Sky News reports.

According to the media outlet, Roberts Giuffre spoke out on Twitter after one netizen suggested that the “FBI will kill her to protect the ultra rich and well connected...”, with her stating in response that “in no way, shape or form” is she feeling suicidal.

Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell is hiding in a series of safe houses and is also a foreign intelligence ‘asset’, according to bombshell new claims.

British socialite Maxwell is the main focus of an FBI probe into who facilitated the late pedophile’s alleged sexual abuse, reported Reuters and other media outlets.

Called “diabolically evil” on January 1 by Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre, she has been accused in lawsuits of procuring underage girls for Epstein to traffic among his powerful friends.

But Maxwell is “being protected because of the information she has on the world’s most powerful people,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six.

A longtime friend of Prince Andrew – exiled from public duties after a disastrous BBC interview in November about his friendship with Epstein  – Maxwell disappeared from public view after Epstein’s re-arrest last year.

She has been dubbed the world’s most wanted woman, with The Sun in London offering a reward of nearly $20,000 to anyone who could provide information that lead the newspaper to the 58-year-old..

A onetime Maxwell family friend told The Sun Maxwell may have “serious dirt” on friends of Epstein, whose coterie once included Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.

In July of 2016, Ghislaine Maxwell spent two days with a group of attorneys in a midtown Manhattan law office and described her role in Jeffrey Epstein's life - claiming that "A very small part of my job was from time to time to find adult professional massage therapists for Jeffrey." Her testimony was obtained as part of a now-settled defamation lawsuit brought by accuser Virginia Giuffre, who claims both Epstein and Maxwell sexually abused her.

“My job included hiring many people” including cooks, gardeners, pilots, assistants and cleaners for his six homes, Maxwell said in a deposition. “A very small part of my job was from time to time to find adult professional massage therapists for Jeffrey.” -Bloomberg

Now, prosecutors allege Ghislaine lied nine times during the deposition, according to Bloomberg. According to an indictment against the now-jailed Maxwell unsealed on July 2, Maxwell lied when she denied knowing anything about Epstein's recruitment of underage girls, as well as the dead pedophile's interactions with underage girls at his properties around the globe.

One day after Maxwell's deposition was partially unsealed, Epstein was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell following his arrest on charges which included sex-trafficking minors.

Jacob Wohl? 

A former friend of Maxwell has told the Daily Mail that the British socialite hired ham-handed provocateurs Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman to smear alleged Epstein victims, and to try and use DC connections to get Attorney General William Barr to fire New York US Attorney Geoffrey Berman fired in order to stall or stop the criminal investigation into Maxwell.

One of the women they tried to use for their smear plots, Maryland model and paralegal Kristin Spealman, told DailyMail.com the men had been hired by Maxwell, who currently faces trial over charges she and Epstein trafficked underage girls for sex.

Spealman, 36, said the lobbyists bragged to her they had been hired around early June for $25,000 to dig up dirt on Maxwell's alleged sex trafficking victims and to get Berman fired using Burkman’s supposed influence with Attorney General William Barr.

Berman ultimately stepped down after a push from Barr. But less than two weeks later, Maxwell was charged on July 2 as being part of Epstein's sex trafficking ring and taken into custody. -Daily Mail

Wohl, who was charged with 14 counts of securities fraud in 2017 teamed up with Burkman during the 2018 Kavanaugh confirmation trials in a failed stunt to accuse special counsel Robert Mueller of a sex crime. More recently, a woman claims Wohl and Burkman paid her to accuse Dr. Anthony Fauci of sexual assault.

A form filed with the US Senate by Burkman’s company, J M Burkman & Associates, on July 3 under the Lobbying Disclosure Act shows Wohl and Burkman were hired by Granite Realty LLC.

The form lists Burkman and Wohl as lobbyists for Granite Realty, described as a ‘real estate company’, and indicates the pair will be lobbying over ‘Issues relating to US DOJ, Senate Judiciary, House Judiciary.’

New York prosecutors say the firm is connected to Maxwell, with the LLC linked to her purchase of a New Hampshire house where she was arrested on July 2 - the day before Burkman’s lobbying disclosure was filed. -Daily Mail

It's a bit odd that Ghislaine Maxwell - the daughter of alleged Mossad operative Robert Maxwell, would hook up with Wohl - who 'catfished' Mueller accuser, Carolyne Cass, by claiming he was a "25-year-old, Mossad-trained private investigator named "Matthew Cohen."

Prince Andrew, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, has reached a settlement with Virginia Giuffre, who had accused the senior British royal of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager, according to a court filing in New York on Tuesday.

The 61-year-old Duke of York agreed to pay a confidential financial sum to Giuffre, both parties announced in a joint statement attached to the court document. Andrew will also make a "substantial donation" to a charity that supports "victims' rights."

The settlement comes weeks before Prince Andrew was set to be required to participate in a deposition under oath, during which he would have been questioned by Giuffre's lawyers about her accusations. The joint statement from Prince Andrew and Giuffre reportedly says that the British royal does not admit to any of the accusations against him.

The court documents also show the prince claiming that he "regrets his association" with convicted billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. "Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms Giuffre's character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks," the linked statement said, adding that the Briton "regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others."

“He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims,” the filing adds.

Andrew’s legal team had tried to get the lawsuit thrown out on a technicality by claiming a previous deal between Giuffre and Epstein meant that she was barred from pursuing a case against the royal. However, US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan rejected this, allowing the case to proceed to trial. Following the court's refusal to dismiss the suit, Buckingham Palace announced that Prince Andrew had returned his "military affiliations and royal patronages" to Queen Elizabeth and would "continue not to undertake any public duties."
