the rockefellers — those lefties who made one of the world's largest fortunes in the oil business...

George Christensen has become the second MP within a week to spend his electoral allowance on a newspaper ad attacking the ABC.

Under a green mock ABC logo with the communist symbol of a hammer and sickle attached to the lissajous, Christensen’s ad asks Is It Our ABC or the Green Left’s ABC?

Last week federal Labor MP Michael Danby was pulled into line by Labor leader Bill Shorten for placing an ad in the Australian Jewish News accusing ABC Middle East correspondent Sophie McNeill of being biased in her reporting of Jews and Palestinians.

The advertisement, which Danby paid for in part with electoral funds, features a photograph of McNeill wearing dark glasses flanked by a Palestinian family on her left and a Jewish family on her right.

Christensen paid for his full-page ad in Rupert Murdoch’s north Queenslandnewspaper the Townsville Bulletin on Saturday in response to an ABC’s Four Corners investigation Digging into Adani.

The Nationals MP said the episode “demonstrated beyond doubt the national broadcaster is overly influenced by the extreme green movement”.

“On behalf of North Queensland families desperate for jobs, I have demanded the ABC provide balance with another story focusing on the Townsville, Bowen and Mackay communities relying on the Carmichael coal project going ahead,” he wrote on his personal website.

“The program avoided facts, preferring the green movement’s stock-in-trade: allegations, accusations, and unsubstantiated claims. But no matter how many activists the ABC turns to for comment, repeating the same misinformation does not turn it into fact.

“Monday’s episode relied almost exclusively on commentary from other journalists and green activists, including the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis, which is funded by big (green left) money from the United States, including the Rockefellers. Their stated mission is “to accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable and profitable energy economy and to reduce dependence on coal and other non-renewable energy resources”.

Christensen DOES NOT BELIEVE IN GLOBAL WARMING...  He could not care less about global warming. He is an ignoramus who has no idea beyond eating non-halal food, including pork and dogs... (I made that last one up, in regard to dogs. He looks as if he feeds on dog food. I could not care less if he did, but his ignorance about Adani, global warming and other subjects is beyond the pale. It's people like him who destroy the planet so they can

The Rockefeller family is an American industrial, political, and banking family that made one of the world's largest fortunes in the oil business during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with John D. Rockefeller and his brother William Rockefeller primarily through Standard Oil. That the Rockefellers become green around the gills should send warnings to people like Christensen: GLOBAL WARMING IS REAL AND ANTHROPOGENIC.  We know. we did it, we apologise and want to redress the problem We created...

our turd in londonium...

London: Tony Abbott says voters should beware the science of climate change but argues that higher temperatures "might even be beneficial" because "far more people die in cold snaps".

The former prime minister made the comments in a speech in London on Tuesday to the Global Warming Policy foundation which was established in the lead up to the 2009 Copenhagen conference by the climate sceptic and member of the House of Lords Nigel Lawson.

Turdy's argument has been used by Lomborg many times and has been debunked.  More people die from oversized hurricanes than from cold snaps anyway... But our sceptic septic turd Tony deserves more pokes for trying...

those lefties at the ACCC...

If the Government is looking for an excuse to ditch the Clean Energy Target, it will struggle to find one in the preliminary report of the competition watchdog's electricity pricing inquiry.

And if you hear anyone saying the Australian Competition and Consumer Competition (ACCC) report provides backing for such a move, don't buy it — it's spin.

The ACCC has, in fact, given the lie to the widespread misconception that incentives for renewable energy are the main reason Australians are paying far more for electricity than they used to.

Retail prices have risen by almost two-thirds over the course of a decade, but the report confirms that subsidies for renewables have made a very minor contribution to that huge rise.

those greenies at the...

Nationals MP George Christensen has been reported to police over a social media post in which he uploaded an image of himself holding a gun, accompanied by a caption appearing to threaten "greenie punks".

It comes just days after the deadly shooting at a Florida high school in the US, which claimed the lives of 14 students and three teachers.

On Saturday, Mr Christensen posted a photo to Facebook of himself with a rifle at a Mackay shooting range, along with the caption "shooting is a great sport".

"Shooters don't deserve to be demonised like they are by the media and the Left — gun owners aren't criminals," Mr Christensen wrote.

In the comment section of the post, Mr Christensen uploaded a second photo of himself aiming a handgun, along with the caption: "You gotta ask yourself, do you feel lucky, greenie punks?"

The comment was later edited to read: "You gotta ask yourself, do you have a sense of humour, greenie punks?"

A short time later the post was deleted.
