The headline at the front of the Daily Telegraph (10/11/2020) touts a "victory" that the Donald has been promising: "There will be a vaccine against Covid-19 available before Christmas" or something like this...

 

Most pundit in the media did not believe him as they never believed Donald anyway but "believed" (made up) stories about Trump being in Putin's pocket. So is this a stunt or is there a reality behind this DT article?
